Egg & Canadian Bacon Casserole

1 package cresent rolls
8 slices canadian bacon
2 cups swiss cheese, shredded
8 eggs
2/3 cup cream
Recipe
Spread cresent rolls out on the bottom of a greased 13x9" baking dish.
Place canadian bacon over cresent rolls, followed by 1 cup of the swiss cheese.
Carefully drop eggs 1 at a time onto cheese and canadian bacon layer.
Be careful not to break yolks.
Pour cream over eggs and sprinkle with remaining cup of cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
Slice into squares and serve.
