List of Ingredients




1 pound pork sausage
1 bunch sliced green onions
2 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (26 ounce) bag frozen hash browns, thawed
4 large eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
chopped tomato


Recipe



Cook first 5 ingredients in a 12" oven proof skillet over medium high heat, stirring occasionally, 6 minutes or until sausage is browned; drain and return to skillet.

Add hash browns to skillet and cook over medium high heat 2 to 3 minutes.

Whisk together eggs, milk and 1 cup of cheese; pour over sausage mixture in skillet.

Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup of cheese.

Wrap handle of skillet with aluminum foil.

Bake at 450 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until set.

Garnish, if desired with chopped tomato.
