Coconut-Pecan Frosting

List of Ingredients




1 C. canned milk
1 C. super fine sugar
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1/2 C. unsalted butter
2 tsp. pure vanilla
1 1/3 C. coconut, run through a food processor
1 C. chopped pecans



Recipe



Combine all ingredients except coconut and pecans in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until mixture has thickened. Remove from heat and add coconut and pecans. Beat until frosting is cool and the consistency desired.
