    8 oz cream cheese
    1/2 cup melted margarine, (1 stick)
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    1 lb powdered sugar

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients well with a mixer on high speed until smooth.

    Excellent for carrot cake.
