DIP: Cheesecake Dip For Strawberries

List of Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese -- softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 each egg -- beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 quart Strawberries -- fresh



Recipe

Mix the cream cheese and the sugar well. Add the beaten egg and the vanilla; mix well. Microwave for 1 minute and stir. Microwave another minute and stir again. Repeat this step until the dip reaches the desired consistency. Be sure to scrape the sides of the bowl when you beat. This dip can be served warm or cold. You may spoon the dip over sliced strawberries or dip whole berries in.
