2 kiwis
4-8 strawberries
16 oz. container lowfat vanilla yogurt
8 Tbsp. (1/2 cup) crushed cereal (bran flakes, corn flakes, lowfat granola)
Recipe
ADULT: Peel and slice kiwis. Quarter kiwi slices. Slice stems carefully off strawberries. Slice strawberries.
CHILD: Place cereal in a plastic bag or between 2 pieces of wax paper. Crush by rolling with a rolling pin.
CHILD: Layer the kiwi and strawberries, yogurt and cereal in glasses, starting with fruit and ending with cereal.
OPTIONS: Other good fruits to use are sliced bananas, peaches or nectarines or blueberries
