ORANGE CREAM FRUIT SALAD

1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 of 6 oz. can frozen orange juice

Combine above ingredients in a small bowl. Beat with electric mixer until thick. Fold in:

3/4 c. sour cream

Combine in a large bowl:


20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
16 oz. can sliced peaches, drained
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
2 med. bananas, sliced
2 med. apples, cored, peeled & cubed

Pour sauce over fruit. Mix and refrigerate.
