List of Ingredients




1/2 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
2 tablespoons butter, softened
3/4 to 1 cup powdered sugar, divided
1-1/4 cups crisp rice cereal
1-1/4 cups "M&M's"® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Baking Bits, divided
4 squares (2 ounces each) almond bark
Red decorating gel


Recipe



Line cookie sheet with waxed paper; set aside. In large bowl combine peanut butter and butter. Stir in 1/2 cup powdered sugar until well blended. Stir in cereal and 1 cup "M&M's"® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Baking Bits. Stir in 1/4 cup powdered sugar. If mixture is too sticky, stir in remaining 1/4 cup powdered sugar. Shape dough into 1-1/2-inch balls. Place on prepared cookie sheet. Refrigerate 1 hour. Line another cookie sheet with waxed paper; set aside. Melt almond bark according to package directions. Dip one ball into almond bark; gently shake off excess. Place treat on prepared cookie sheet. Decorate with remaining 1/4 cup "M&M's"® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Baking Bits and decorating gel to look like eyes. Store in tightly covered container.
