    1 quart whipping cream
    1 cup half and half
    Juice of 8 lemons
    1 Tablespoon grated lemon rind
    4 cups sugar
    2 teaspoons lemon extract

    Mix ingredients well. Pour into chilled ice cream freezer canister and freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
