    2 loaves frozen bread dough
    Defrost as per directions on package.

    FILLING FOR CALZONE:

    1 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella (cut into cubes)
    1/3 c. Prosciutto or ham

    Recipe



    Roll out defrosted dough and spread lightly with olive oil.

    Mix all filling ingredients. Divide in half and spread half on each calzone. Roll dough up like a jelly roll and press down on edges to seal. Brush top of calzone with oil. Lightly oil 2 cookie sheets and place calzones on sheets. Bake on 450 degrees for 20 minutes until tops are golden. Serve hot. Serves six.
