Blackberry Peach Jam

3 cups crushed blackberries
2 1/2 cups chopped peaches
2 tbsp lemon juice
about 4 cups sugar
Sure-jel light pectin
Recipe
Follow any basic cooked jam recipe and BWB for 10 minutes at the end. Yield is about 6 cups.
Since these fruits are not in season at the same time I freeze some peaches and thaw them for use in this. If you forgot or were too busy making peach sorbet (like I did this last year) use canned peaches. Just drain the syrup off and have at it.
