Barbie® Surprise Cupcakes

List of Ingredients
1 pkg. (2-layer size) white or yellow cake mix
1 cup boiling water
1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Brand Very Berry Barbie Flavor Gelatin
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
Recipe
PREPARE cake mix as directed on package. Spoon batter into paper-lined muffin pan, filling each cup 1/2 full. Bake as directed on package. Cool cupcakes in pan on wire rack 15 minutes. Pierce cupcakes with large fork at 1/4-inch intervals.
STIR boiling water into gelatin in small bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Spoon evenly over cupcakes.
REFRIGERATE 3 hours. Frost with whipped topping. Decorate as desired. Store cupcakes in refrigerator.
KRAFT KITCHENS TIPS
Great Substitute: To make cake instead of cupcakes, prepare and bake cake in 13x9-inch baking pan as directed on package. Cool cake in pan on wire rack 15 minutes. Continue as directed.
