    INDIVIDUAL PUMPKIN PIES

    List of Ingredients




    2 graham crackers per child
    1 tsp. sugar per child
    1 Tbsp. melted butter or
    squeeze margarine per child
    1 small Ziploc bag per child
    1 foil muffin cup per child
    2 cans pumpkin
    2 lb. marshmallows
    2 cartons Cool Whip
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt

    Recipe



    Let each child crush his crackers in the plastic bag.
    Add sugar and butter and mix by squeezing bag thoroughly.
    Press crumb mixture into muffin cup. Save small amount to
    sprinkle on top. Cook pumpkin, marshmallows and spices over
    low heat until marshmallows melt. Cool 1 1/2 hours minimum.
    Fold Cool Whip into pumpkin mixture. Fill crust with mixture
    and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Makes about 36 pies.
