Beef & Broccoli Low-Carb

Recipe Introduction
According to atkins.com's carb counter, 1/2 cup of broccoli has 1.7 grams of carbs after the fiber is subtracted.
List of Ingredients
2 T. olive oil
2 lbs. lean beef stew meat
3 T. minced garlic
1 large onion, chopped
2 c. beef broth
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. frozen broccoli florets
Recipe
Heat oil in large skillet. Add the beef, garlic and onion. Stir-fry the meat and vegetables until the meat is browned and the onions are tender.
Add the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce to the pot. Cover the dish and simmer for 30 minutes or until the beef is tender.
Add the frozen broccoli. Cover the dish again and simmer for 10 more minutes or until the broccoli is done.
