    Smoked Salmon Salad

    4 cups smoked salmon-flaked
    2 cups sour cream
    2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
    3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
    1/2 teaspoon cayenne
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 cup onion-finely diced
    1 cup celery-finely diced
    2 tablespoons dill-op

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients except salmon until blended well. Add
    salmon. Chill. (May be prepared 1-3 days in advance.) Serve
    4-6.

    NOTE: 4 cups is about 2 lbs.
