List of Ingredients
1 (6 oz) can tuna
1 egg
spicy pork rinds, crushed (1/2 of a quart ziploc bag)
1/4-1/2 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
diced onions (to your liking)
black pepper
celery seeds (or diced celery)
1 tablespoon prepared Hidden Valley Ranch dip mix (or legal Ranch dip)
1 tablespoon Hellmann’s Mayo
Recipe
Mix together and refrigerate for about 10 minutes. Spray pan with Pam and fry about 4 minutes on each side.
Makes 3 patties.
