Recipe Introduction


This can be diet-legal if sugar-free pudding mix is used with skim milk, strawberries are sweetened with Splenda, and fatfree whipped topping is used. I haven't made it any other way, and we're very pleased with it.


List of Ingredients




1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
15 oz. milk (this is slightly less than the pudding directions call for)
fresh strawberries, cleaned, sliced & sweetened
whipped topping as needed



Recipe



Prepare pudding according to package directions, using the smaller amount of milk as noted, so the pudding sets up a little more firm. When it is set, layer pudding and strawberries in a parfait glass and top with whipped topping.
