1 cup cooked roast beef, cubed
2 Tbsp butter or margarine
2 Med potatoes, cubed
2 Tbsp onion, chopped
1/4 Cup water
1/2 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper


Recipe



Melt the butter in a skillet on the stove, add the remainingingredients and mix. Cover and cook on low until the potatoesare tender and all is heated through.. Uncover and cook 5minutes longer.
