    Amish Chicken Casserole with Cornbread C

    -2 c. crumbled cornbread
    -2 eggs
    -1/2 c. milk
    -1 cooked and boned chicken
    -Garlic salt
    -1 c. chopped celery
    -2 c. noodles, cooked in chicken broth
    -1 can mushroom soup
    -Shredded Cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    Line baking dish with cornbread.
    -Combine eggs and milk, beat and pour over cornbread.
    -Layer diced chicken.
    -Sprinkle with garlic salt.
    -Top with blended soup, celery, chicken broth and noodles.
    -Sprinkle with cheese and bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees
