Beef Gravy Base

1 1/3 cups nonfat dry milk powder
3/4 cup flour
3 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/2 cup butter
2 teaspoons Kitchen Bouquet
Recipe
Combine dry ingredients. Cut in the butter and Kitchen Bouquet until
cornmeal like texture is achieved. Store airtight in refrigerator up to 2 months.
Makes 3 cups to equal 6 cups gravy.
To Make Beef Gravy:
In a saucepan slowly blend 1 cup cold water into 1/2 cup beef Gravy Base.
Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Cook 1 minute more. Makes 1 cup gravy.
