    Malt Chocolate Waffle Mix

    List of Ingredients




    1/3 cup powdered malted milk
    2 1/2 cup buttermilk biscuit baking mix
    2 T. sugar
    1/3 cup mini chocolate chips

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients in a large plastic zipping bag; seal. Attach instructions.

    Instructions:
    Place mix in a large mixing bowl; set aside. Blend 2 egg whites until stiff
    peaks form; set aside. Add 2 egg yolks, 1 1/3 cups buttermilk and 1/2 cup
    melted butter to mix. Blend well. Fold in egg whites; heat according to waffle iron
    manufacturer's instructions. Makes 6 servings.
