    1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
    4 tablespoons dried parsley
    1/3 cup soy sauce
    3 cloves garlic, minced

    Recipe



    1 In a mixing bowl, combine beer, garlic, parsley, and soy sauce.

    2 Marinate meat in the mixture for a few hours to overnight; cover and refrigerate meat while marinating. Cook as desired.
