    1 lb. chicken breast - cubed
    2 medium onions - diced
    3 cloves garlic - minced
    1 red pepper - diced
    1 green pepper - diced
    2 Shiitake mushroom - diced
    1 tsp sage
    1/2 tsp thyme
    1/2 tsp oregano
    1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    6 cups low fat chicken broth or stock
    1 tsp Morton salt with iodine

    Recipe



    Add all ingredients in an iron dutch oven pot and bing to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes.

    This should bring you back around and make you feel better.
