4 medium avocados, pitted and mashed
16 ounces sour cream
14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes (canned)
1 tablespoon garlic powder
4 ounces green chiles (canned)
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and mincedRecipe
Mix all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth. Refrigerate 2 hours.
Serve with tortilla chips.
