12 Roma tomatos
1 lg. onion
2-8 fresh Jalepenos, seeded (2 for mild, 4 for medium, 8 for fire)
Fresh cilantro
Salt
Garlic powder
Recipe
Chop tomatos, onions, and jalepenos into small pieces by hand, put into large bowl (don't use blender).
Chop up a hand full of cilantro, stir into mix.
Add salt and garlic to suit your taste buds.
Set in fridge for 20 min. Dip your favorite chip and enjoy. Tortilla chips are best!
