    1 1/2 lbs top sirloin, flank steak or chicken
    1 cup fajita marinade
    1 small to medium green pepper
    1 small to medium red bell pepper
    1 medium onion
    tortillas

    Recipe



    Place meat and marinade in a ziploc bag or air tigt container. Let marinade for at least one hour in the refrigerator. Preheat bbq to medium heat. While bbq is heating, thinly slice the veggies. Cook steak to desired doneness or chicken until well done. Spray a skillet with cooking spray and place on medium heat; once heated add onions and stir fry for about 2 minutes. Add peppers and cook until veggies are crisp-tender. Slice meat just before serving.

    Serve with grated cheese, sour cream and guacamole.
