Garlic Pasta Sauce

4 slices bacon -- chopped
3 cloves garlic -- minced
1 head roasted garlic
1 1/2 cups dry white wine
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
2 tomatoes -- diced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
salt and freshly ground pepper
Recipe
Cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. About half way through, add garlic and roasted garlic. Pour in wine, stir. When mixture returns to a boil add tomatoes, basil, and cream. When hot stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over hot cooked pasta.
