Seafood Manicotti

List of Ingredients
8 manicotti, uncooked
1 cup ricotta cheese, part skim milk
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
6 ounces small shrimp, cooked, tails removed and halved crosswise
6 ounces crabmeat, drained and flaked
1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
2 ounces Italian cheese blendRecipe
1. Cook manicotti as directed on package. drain; rinse with cold water to cool.
2. Meanwhile, heat oven to 375. In medium bowl, combine ricotta and cream cheeses; mix well. Gently stir in onions, shrimp, and crabmeat.
3. Spread 1/2 cup marinara sauce in ungreased 11x7 (2-quart) glass baking dish. Fill each manicotti with seafood mixture; place over sauce. Spoon remaining sauce over manicotti. Cover tightly with foil.
4. Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly. Uncover baking dish; sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered an additional 5 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
