    6 Pork chops
    1 lrg. can tomatoes, whole-squished
    2-3 stalks celery, sliced
    1-2 lrg. green bell peppers, chopped
    1 lrg. onion, chopped
    1 t. salt
    1/4 t. cayenne pepper
    2 bay leaves

    Recipe



    Brown pork chops in electric skillet; remove. Saute' inions, gr. peppers, and celery about 3 minutes. Add tomatoes, bay leaves, salt, and cayenne pepper. Return pork chops and simmer for 2-2 1/2 hours over low heat (150') in electric skillet.
    Serve over hot rice.
