Chile Roasted Potatoes

List of Ingredients
4 or 5 large potatoes
1 large onion
canned chopped green chilies, to taste
1 - 2 tsp canola oil
salt and pepper, to taste
garlic salt, to taste
vegetable cooking spray
Recipe
1. Peel potatoes, cut into large chunks. Chop onion in large chunks.
2. Put potatoes, onions, and green chilies in a large bowl. Add 1 or 2 tsp. of canola oil. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste.
3. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Spread out potatoes on cookie sheet, cover with foil. Bake at 350° for one hour.
