Herbed New Potatoes

24 tiny new potatoes
2 T olive oil
1 T balsamic vinegar
1 T chopped fresh rosemary
1 T chopped fresh thyme
coarse salt or sea salt
freshly ground black pepper
Recipe
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Wash potatoes; pat dry. Place potatoes in a 3 quart saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil; cook over medium heat about 10 minutes or until slightly tender.
In a roasting pan combine potatoes, oil, vinegar, rosemary, thyme, and salt and pepper to taste. Toss to coat.
Roast about 20 minutes or until tender and golden brown, stirring once or twice.
