Mashed Potatoes with Artichokes

List of Ingredients
6 large baking potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 (15 ounce) can artichoke hearts, not marinated
3 T. butter
1/4 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Boil potatoes for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender. Drain. Drain artichoke hearts and puree with half of the butter and milk. Add potatoes, remaining butter and milk and blend until smooth. Salt and pepper to taste.
