Oven Roasted Potatoes

List of Ingredients




1 envelope onion soup mix
1/2 cup olive oil or vegetable oil
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 pounds potatoes cut into quarters


Recipe



Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In shallow baking dish, thoroughly blend all ingredients except potatoes. Add potatoes and turn to coat thoroughly. Bake, stirring potatoes occasionally, 1 hour or until potatoes are golden brown. Garnish, if desired with parsley.
