    4 Servings 100% would make again

    6 large Potatoes pealed and sliced
    1 1/2 cup Beef broth
    3 tablespoon Butter
    2 tablespoon Garlic chopped

    Recipe



    Layer the potatoes in a ovensafe dish. Add garlic and broth (Make sure the broth covers the potatoes) and finish off with butter. Bake until potatoes are tender.
    Serve with either chicken, pork or beef.
