List of Ingredients




3/4 cup of fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup of flour
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of freshly grated black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of thyme
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
1/2 teaspoon of poultry seasoning water
1 broiler fryer chicken, cut into serving pieces


Recipe



Combine all of the ingredients except the water and chicken. Moisten the chicken with water, roll in crumbs to coat. Put chicken in a single layer in baking pan. Bake in a preheated 350ºF. oven for 45 to 60 minutes or until the chicken is fork tender.

Serves 3 to 4
