    Chicken with Rosemary Sauce

    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 - 6 boneless chicken breast
    Salt and pepper
    1/3 cup dry white wine
    1/4 cup green onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary, minced
    2/3 cup chicken broth
    1/2 cup Half and Half

    Recipe



    Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sprinkle chicken with salt and
    pepper and brown for several minutes on each side. Add wine, green onions and rosemary and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in chicken broth and cook for several minutes, add Half and Half and cook for 2 more minutes. Serve each chicken breast with some of the sauce from the skillet poured on top.

    The Skinny: Use skinless chicken breasts and low fat Half and Half. If you don't want to use white wine, substitute and equal measure of apple cider.
