List of Ingredients
2 split, boneless, skinless chicken breasts (4 halves)
Salt and pepper
1/4 cup lime juice
1 package Italian salad dressing mix (I use Good Seasons)
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix together limejuice, salad dressing mix, and butter or margarine.
Place chicken in one layer in a baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken, making sure all surfaces are coated. Cover with foil.
Bake 1 hour, removing foil 15 minutes before cooking time is finished.
