FRESH PEACH POUND CAKE
List of Ingredients
1 c. butter
3 c. sugar
3 eggs plus 1 egg white
3 c. plain flour
1/4 tsp. soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. chopped, drained fresh peaches
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour large tube pan. Cream butter and sugar; add eggs one at a time. Add flour, soda salt, sour cream, drained peaches and extracts. Beat well. Pour in pan. Bake 1 hour or until done. This makes a moist cake and is very good.
