    1 LEMON CAKE MIX
    1 CUP BOILING WATER
    4 EGGS SLIGHTLY BEATEN
    1 PKG INSTANT LEMON PUDDING
    1/2 CUP OIL

    Recipe



    MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER UNTIL MIXTURE IS SMOOTH AND CREAMY. POUR INTO 2 LOAF PANS. BAKE @ 350 DEGREES FOR 45 MINUTES.

    GLAZE:
    1 C POWDERED SUGAR
    6 T. LEMON JUICE
    1 T. MARGARINE (SOFTENED)

    PUNCH HOLES IN CAKE AND DRIZZLE OVER CAKE.

    THIS IS SO YUMMY!
