List of Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 pound), cut into chunks
1 cup TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS®* Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
1/2 cup water
1/2 pound (8 ounces) VELVEETA® Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
1-1/2 cups MINUTE® White Rice, uncooked

Recipe
1. Spray large skillet with no stick cooking spray. Add chicken; cook and stir on medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes or until cooked through.
2. Add salsa, water and VELVEETA to skillet. Bring to boil.
3. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 7 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Stir before serving.
