1 graham cracker pie shell
2 cups pecans (not chopped)
1 jar caramel topping
1 large box chocolate instant pudding & ingredients to make pudding
whipped topping (optional)
Recipe
Following the directions on box mix pudding and set aside, layer pecans on bottom of pie shell, pour caramel topping over pecans, spread pudding over top of caramel cover and refrigerate for at least one hour. Serve with whipped topping if desired. This pie will keep in refrigerator for about 2 days, but it usually gets devoured before then!
