    Leftover Chicken Noodle Soup

    List of Ingredients




    4 pk chicken flavored Ramen Noodles (w/noodle sauce packets)
    10 cups Water (or 2 familysize cans of chicken broth)
    Leftover Baked Chicken (boneless)
    1 Can of mixed Veggies (green peas, string beans, carrots, corn, potatoes)
    Optional seasonings (salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder)
    1/4 cup Sour Cream

    Recipe



    Break noodles into quarters and boil on stovetop until tender. Reduce heat. Sprinkle noodle sauce in & stir. Optionally add in favorite seasonings to taste. Drain mixed veggies and pour into soup with leftover chicken. Let simmer.
    Use slotted spoon to Scoop noodles into bottom of bowl and ladle broth, chicken & veggies over it. Spoon a dollup of sour cream atop each serving. Serve with crackers or hot french bread.

    Makes four to eight servings.
