Hot Cheese Ranch Spinach Artichoke**

3/4 cup All Seasons Three Cheese Ranch Dressing
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 can 14 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 1/2 cups frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
2 green onions, finely chopped
salt, pepper and hot sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheeseRecipe
Preheat oven to 350*, in a bowl, combine the dressing, sour cream, parmesan cheese, artichoke hearts, spinach and green onions. Season to taste with salt, pepper and hot sauce.
Spoon mixture into a small oven proof dish, and top with grated mozzarella cheese. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Serve with thick-cut potato chips, tortilla chips or grilled pita bread strips.
