    10 MINUTE MEXICAN CHEESY RICE

    List of Ingredients




    1 can (10-1/2 ounces) condensed chicken broth (1-1/3 cups)
    1 cup Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
    2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
    1/4 pound (4 ounces) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up

    Recipe



    Bring broth and salsa to boil in medium saucepan.

    Stir in rice and Velveeta; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir until Velveeta is melted.


    SERVES 6.
