SALAD:Cabbage Crunch

1 head green cabbage
4-5 green onions
1 pkg Raman soup mix
1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds or sliced toasted almonds
1/2 cup vegtable oil
3 tbs apple cider or white wine vinegar
2 tbs sugar
1/2 tsp salt
pepper
Recipe
Core and shred cabbage. Slice green onion and add to cabbage.
Mix together in a separate bowl the raw raman soup noodles that have been crushed, toasted sesame seeds and sunflower seeds or almonds if using.
In a third bowl, mix the oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper and the flavor packet from the raman soup mix.
Just before srving mix the noodle/nut mixture with the cabbage/onions. Pour dressing over the salad and serve.
