1 lb. Romaine lettuce, chopped
1/4 cup Caesar dressing
1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbs. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup croutons
Recipe
Combine lettuce and dressing in a bowl. Add lemon juice, Parmesan and pepper to taste. Toss. Add croutons just before serving and toss.
