SALAD:Chicken Cabbage Salad

List of Ingredients
1 cooked breast of chicken or 2 sm. cans cooked chicken, drained
2 whole green onions, cut diagonally
1 pkg. slivered almonds
1 pkg. Ramen noodles, Orientalflavor, uncooked and crumbled
1 pkg. seasoning from noodle pkt.
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 T. vinegar
1 c. vegetable oil
10 oz. pkg. blanched & drained frozen peas (opt.)
1 med. head cabbage , shredded
Recipe
For full flavor mix all ingredients together, except cabbage, the night before or at least 4 hrs. before serving and refrigerate. Uncooked noodles will soften as they soak. Add the cabbage just before serving, to keep the cripness. Toss with other ingresdients. Serves 6-8.
