SALAD:Dill Salmon and Pasta Salad

List of Ingredients
1 large cucumber, peeled and julienned
1/2 to 1 red pepper, julienned
1 cup snow peas, julienned
1/2 cup sliced green onion tops
12 ounces pasta
1 lb. kippered (hot smoked) salmon
-- Dressing --
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
Salt and pepper to taste
Sprig of dill or parsley
Recipe
Prepare vegetables. Cook pasta until al dente, and drain.
Mix together dressing ingredients and add dressing to hot pasta. Add vegetables and salmon; combine gently. Refrigerate before serving.
Garnish with a sprig of dill or parsley.
