SALAD:Pasta Salad

List of Ingredients
Salad:
2 cups snow peas
1 bunch broccoli, flowerets only
1 (12-oz) package tri-colored pasta shells
1 (6-oz) package tri-colored stuffed tortellini
½ lb fresh mushrooms, cut in half
1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1/3 cup grated Romano cheese
Dressing:
1 bunch green onions, sliced
½ cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tbsp chopped parsley
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried dill weed
½ tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp sugar
1 ½ tsp Dijon mustard
Recipe
Prepare the Salad:
1. Cook snow peas and broccoli in microwave until crisp tender. Drain and set aside.
2. Cook pasta shells and tortellini according to directions on package omitting salt and oil. Drain and set aside. Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
Prepare the Dressing:
1. Combine all dressing ingredients together, mixing well.
2. Pour over pasta salad. Toss well. Refrigerate.
