SALAD:Rotini Pasta Salad

2 ten oz. bags frozen Rotini Pasta Salad mix
1/2 can light red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsly chopped
1 small bottle Wishbone Italian Dressing
3 tablespoons lemon pepper (I know, sounds like a lot, but it really makes the dish)
Recipe
Thaw, or partially thaw, the pasta mix. Pour it in a gallon ziplock bag. Add the rest of the ingredients to the bag, seal, keeping as much air IN the bag as possible, and carefully shake, rattle & roll it around until the ingredients are well mixed and are somewhat evenly dispersed. Open one corner of the ziplock, squeeze as much air out as possible and reseal. Lay flat in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight. I prefer to do this the day before and let it sit until the next day. Pour into a large bowl and enjoy!
